It is both an honor and a privilege to serve as the Executive Director of Citizens’ Crime Watch of Miami-Dade County, Inc. Since 1975, our organization has been committed to making a positive impact in Miami-Dade County and its municipalities. We have built an unparalleled reputation for service, and I am dedicated to continuing this legacy.

My leadership approach focuses on creating an environment of collaboration and openness, where our staff feel encouraged to share ideas and take initiative. I strongly believe that every individual brings unique talents to the table, and it’s this diversity of skills that helps us serve our community effectively.

Although our organization has received many notable awards and recognitions, it is the services we provide that we take the most pride in. As we move forward, I am committed to expanding and enhancing these services to better meet the evolving needs of our community. Innovation and continual improvement are key as we update our programs and focus on training to ensure we bring relevant information to every resident. Our mission remains unchanged: "To prevent and reduce crime in our neighborhoods and schools through education and building bridges between law enforcement and the residents of our community." This mission is something we hold in the highest regard.

Our proactive crime prevention programs, safety awareness initiatives, and the Youth Crime Watch program are the core of our efforts. We are always ready to provide specialized presentations and fulfill any requests. We cannot do this important work alone, and it is a true privilege to partner with our law enforcement colleagues. The Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office has been a vital partner, and with their continued support, we work together to ensure the safety and security of our neighborhoods.
